The manufacturing factory using the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) will be one main investment areas. They make link integrity system infrastructure equipment. Protecting system, hardware protection, programming role-playing management and Personal Computer (PC) vision are evolving rapidly. efforts should assigned to this fast development. Many security issues occurring in existing systems. new model support is proposed deal with manual arrival more industrial defects, workers or RFID GPS sensors automatically adjust equipment's operating parameters. This research focuses on several that need addressed. IIoT (RFID) systems used overcome difficulty delivering industry Applications. smart Radio Frequency Identification Tag Hardware module reduce maintenance works issue. solve problem accurately measured deployed state predict performance Plan Load Optimization (PLO). Manufacturers can energy consumption, enhance improve lifetime. (PLO) based improves efficiency level by 89.95%. reduces Manpower time complexity IIOT users' external for equipment like RFID, IR sensor, GPS, ARM processor, etc. giving efficient improved level.
